Job description
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to be a vital link between Optics11 and a platform partner, who provides the platform and provisions the OptiFender Monitoring system.
This role is ideal for someone who is starting their career, eager to grow, and has an interest in the technical and customer-facing aspects of product management. The Associate Product Manager will focus on platform management, no-code flow creation, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal and external teams. Works closely with sr. Product manager for OptiFender.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain expertise in the platform.
Create, test, and optimize no-code workflows to enhance platform functionality and support custom customer requirements.
Serve as the primary interface between partner platform and the Optics11 team, ensuring that platform capabilities align with product needs.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate models and algorithms, translating technical requirements into practical workflows on the platform.
Regularly interact with technical experts to keep workflows aligned with emerging analytical and operational needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for OptiFender’s champions and superusers at partner organizations.
Conduct product demos and lead beta testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, gathering feedback to refine user experiences and workflows.
Train users on the platform, focusing on key features and best practices to empower customers and partners.
Collect and analyze feedback from user experience, user testing, customer interactions, and platform performance to recommend platform improvements.
Collaborate with senior product management and other stakeholders to iterate on product features based on user input and market trends.

Job requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience in a technical or analytical role.
At least two years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar customer-facing role with a strong focus on technology and data.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong customer focus and aptitude for problem-solving.
Familiarity with no-code platforms or workflow management tools is a plus.
Comfortable interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills.
