Procurement Manager
Shape the future of Optics11’s supply chain.
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the next stage of Optics11’s operational growth. This role sits at the heart of building a scalable, disciplined, and high-performing supply chain that can support the increasing volume, complexity, and ambition of our technology.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial and contractual expertise with a structured, data-driven approach to supplier and subcontractor management. You understand how to balance cost, quality, and delivery in a fast-paced, engineering-heavy environment and you know how to translate this into real operational results.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute a strategic procurement roadmap that supports Optics11’s growth and ensures cost, quality, and delivery excellence.
Expand, professionalize, and manage a high-reliability supplier network across mechanical, optical, and electronic domains.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, securing long-term value and favourable terms.
Develop clear subcontracting frameworks for external manufacturing and assembly, with defined deliverables, traceability, and accountability.
Drive supplier performance management through structured KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Integrate procurement activities with project planning and production schedules to ensure accurate forecasting and material availability.
Implement standardized procurement processes and ERP/MRP workflows for visibility, compliance, and operational control.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to align specifications, timelines, and build requirements.
Proactively manage supply chain risk, including capacity, financial stability, and dependency analysis.
Lead cost-optimization initiatives through value engineering, TCO analysis, and sustainable sourcing strategies.
Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence across the supplier ecosystem, aligned with Optics11’s commitment to quality

Job requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience within high-tech manufacturing, EPC, or project-based environments.
Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, subcontractor management, and supplier development.
Strong understanding of quality management frameworks (ISO9001 or equivalent) and supplier qualification processes.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and using data to drive decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on, structured, and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
Experience in a technically complex, hardware-driven environment is an advantage.
