Are you passionate about technology and looking for an exciting role as a Production Technician? Join our unique high-tech organization in the heart of Amsterdam! All our high-tech products are developed and manufactured in house. In this role you will be responsible for manufacturing the product from a start to finish. You will be working with and assembling optical and mechanical components and electronics where skill of patience is important.


Performing a mechanical and electronic calibration is also part of the job. In addition to this, you will also do testing of all sub and complete systems, as well as upgrades, debugging and repairs. This is not a high-volume repetitive job, but a job where you and your colleges are responsible for the whole production and testing processes from parts being delivered to shipping of finished product to the client.


A successful candidate will also participate in internal production process improvements with other production engineers and will work also with development team to improve our products and build prototypes and null series.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate…

… is motivated, patient, focused and would like to complete our team with following skills and experience;

  • Has “mbo” level of working- but we don’t care if you have great hand-on experience like watchmaking, jewelry, artistic people, etc. mechanics people.
  • Precise and can work in a structured way.
  • Technically skilled and has high level of critical thinking.
  • Proactive and can provide the feedback or valuable input.
  • Have you ever heard about optical fibers? It’s also a plus 😊
  • Interested in occasionally travelling.
  • Wants to learn and develop their skills.
  • Has a good command of the English language in speech and writing.
