Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycles, from concept and planning to delivery and post-implementation.
Coordinate internal teams across R&D, engineering, and operations.
Act as the key contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring technical and delivery expectations are met.
Oversee supplier relationships, outsourcing activities, and subcontractors.
Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electronic, and software components.
Track progress and report regularly to leadership and stakeholders.
Support trials, field testing, and customer feedback integration.

Job requirements
Requirements:
You are a proactive, hands-on project manager with a technical edge and a passion for building innovative solutions. You have:
3–5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in high-tech or hardware-related environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field.
Strong technical affinity with system integration or multidisciplinary product development.
Experience working with external suppliers and managing outsourced activities.
Proactive and structured mindset, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Affinity or experience with maritime environments or underwater technologies is a strong plus.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
You'll be working with clients in the defence and security sectors, obtaining a Certificate of No Objection issued by the AIVD (Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service) is mandatory.
