  • Take full accountability for inbound material inspections, verifying quantity, damage, documentation, and compliance. Flag, quarantine, and drive resolution of non-conforming materials.

  • Ensure real-time, accurate inventory control by implementing and continuously improving barcode scanning systems and digital manufacturing platforms. You are responsible for inventory integrity.

  • Proactively collaborate with planning and production teams to align material readiness with production schedules and customer orders—no surprises.

  • Coordinate and execute logistics operations end-to-end, including shipment planning, documentation management, carrier booking, and ensuring on-time delivery performance.

  • Handle global trade compliance, taking ownership of assigning and validating HS Codes and ECCNs, and enforcing adherence to Incoterms and export regulations.

  • Leverage WMS/ERP and digital manufacturing systems to ensure full traceability, compliance, and reporting transparency.

  • Champion safety and compliance, designing and enforcing storage protocols and documentation standards that meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive salary.

  • Innovative high-tech, international organization.

  • The opportunity to work in a cross-functional and interdisciplinary environment.

  • A lot to learn and to develop, we stimulate personal development.
